Unser Aufenthalt war recht angenehm, obwohl die Wohnung etwas kleiner war als erwartet. FĂŒr uns war sie jedoch perfekt, da wir sie nur als Schlafplatz brauchten, wĂ€hrend wir durch Paris tourten. Die Lage war hervorragend, ganz in der NĂ€he des Gare Du Nord und des Saint-Martin-Kanals. Der Gastgeber reagierte schnell und erlaubte uns, ein paar Stunden spĂ€ter auszuchecken. Die Wohnung war ordentlich, sauber und hatte ein modernes Design. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass wir jedes Mal, wenn wir die Wohnung betreten wollten, durch den Summer eingelassen werden mussten. Es gab einige FĂ€lle, in denen wir eine Weile warten mussten, bis wir durch den Summer eingelassen wurden, was nicht ideal ist, wenn man als junger Tourist spĂ€t abends unterwegs ist! Es wĂ€re viel praktischer gewesen, wenn wir unseren eigenen SchlĂŒssel oder Code fĂŒr die HaupttĂŒr gehabt hĂ€tten. Obwohl die Wohnung ein elektronisches Schloss mit einem Code hatte, hĂ€tte ich mich sicherer gefĂŒhlt, wenn es innen ein traditionelles SchlĂŒsselschloss oder einen Riegel gegeben hĂ€tte. Ich habe kein vollstĂ€ndiges Vertrauen in die Technologie! Außerdem ließ sich die Jalousie im Deckenfenster nicht schließen. Wenn Sie also das Morgenlicht stört, bringen Sie eine Augenmaske mit.

Wahrscheinlich aufgrund von Übersetzungsproblemen vom Französischen ins Englische waren die Anweisungen zum Zutritt an manchen Stellen nicht klar. Die Verwirrung konnte wĂ€hrend der Diskussion vor dem Check-in nicht ausgerĂ€umt werden. Ich empfehle, sich weniger auf „intelligente Schlösser“ zu verlassen und schlage vor, die Wohnungsnummern besser sichtbar oder grĂ¶ĂŸer zu machen. Trotzdem war alles ausgezeichnet und entsprach der Beschreibung, nachdem das Problem beim Check-in gelöst war. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber gemĂŒtlich und hat eine perfekte Lage fĂŒr Paris-Kenner, die eine andere Seite der Stadt erkunden möchten. Sie können verschiedene Viertel bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Zug erreichen. Im Allgemeinen ist der Innenhof ruhig. Die PrivatsphĂ€re ist jedoch eingeschrĂ€nkt, da das Oberlicht zum darĂŒber liegenden GebĂ€ude fĂŒhrt und es nur ein Fenster mit Blick auf die MĂŒlltonnen des GebĂ€udes gibt. Wenn Sie jedoch zum Sightseeing in Paris sind, wird Sie das nicht weiter stören, da Sie nicht viel Zeit zu Hause verbringen werden und es ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen ist. Wir hatten einige Probleme mit der Kommunikation mit mehreren Agenten bezĂŒglich unserer Anforderungen, insbesondere die Tatsache, dass wir keinen Code zum Betreten des GebĂ€udes erhielten und jedes Mal warten mussten, bis wir hineingelassen wurden, was frustrierend und unbequem sein kann. Trotzdem haben wir zu dritt ganz bequem Platz gefunden und konnten sogar WĂ€sche waschen, bĂŒgeln und Staub saugen. Es kommt also ganz auf Ihre Herangehensweise an.
