We enjoyed our stay for six nights. The balcony was a wonderful addition. There was plenty of hot water in the shower and the water pressure was excellent. My friend enjoyed the bed and I felt the pullout sofa was very comfortable. Kitchen works for small meals and snacks. The neighborhood is wonderful, close to so many places. Great restaurants close by and a grocery store just around the corner. We would definitely stay there again. Maria was so amazing and responded to our check in and check out quickly. I’d highly recommend!

Our family was so thrilled when we opened the door to this apartment. Very clean, beautiful, everything you need when exploring Paris. Excellent check in and check out process. We loved the balcony and the location was perfect - close to metro stops and historic sites. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This place was perfect for the 2 of us! Great location and within walking distance to many sites and close to metro stations. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and even came an installed an air conditioning unit when it got hot outside.

We loved this apartment, it was very well located just a few blocks away from Arc de Triomph and Champs Elysees. Many eateries nearby. It has everything you may need, we especially liked the modern, spacious bathroom, washing machine and drying rack. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Paris!

My wife, daughter, and I really enjoyed our brief stay. Flat is walking distance to several metro stations. Located in nice building with security access to building and elevator. Nice balcony also on fourth floor. Host was very responsive and a good communicator.

We enjoyed our stay very much in this location. Near many train lines, great shopping and restaurants. Maria was very accommodating to our needs and always very quick with a reply. The apartment was clean and had a very large closet for storage. We loved the quaint balcony as well!

We had a a wonderful stay here! The location is very close to the metro and shopping galore. The famous Champs Elysees is a few blocks away. Ilda was very gracious and allowed an early checkin and late checkout. We can’t thank her enough. The apartment itself fit the four of us nicely. Beds were comfortable and shower was lovely.

maria was a great host and the apartment was very clean. she was very responsive. the apartment is actually quite big! great location with so many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. just make sure to confirm items such as coffee pods and detergent before you go. we assumed it was going to be there but those are not included. overall this is an excellent place and i highly recommend.

Clean, nice app. Good size for the 4 of us Around 10 min walk from arc the triomphe and champs elysees Less then 10 min walk to major metro stations Communication is via vrbo it will be better to use whatsapp ( in regards to time between responses)

Great property for a couple or small group (2-3 people). Location is close to major monuments and easily walkable. Washer/Drier combo is a win, but a little hard to figure out for non Europeans. There is street noise and light which is expected for the city, took us a day to figure out the window shutter but after that we had no issue with noise or light. Renter is polite and responsive via chat. I would stay there again!
