Hotel is wonderful. Staff was great, amenities were wonderful. The pool and Sauna area was unexpectedly great. It’s not in the most scenic neighborhood but the hotel is top notch!

Everything about the property was great besides the poor customer service. We were never greeted not once, not on arrival or our multiple trips leaving and returning back to the hotel. The property was clean and very aesthetically pleasing. Convenient location close to shops and restaurants.

Bloom House was perfect for getting on the metro to get around. My wife and I got back very late from activities and the door was locked. The staff had to let us in, we really appreciated the extra safety there. Our only complaint is the water stations were empty. The AC also didn’t work which made sleeping very hot. We didn’t use the on-site bar / restaurant but it looked nice. We’d stay there again assuming the AC was fixed.

This hotel was a wonderful little gem near the train stations of Paris. The rooms were not only aesthetically pleasing but well thought out with a very spacious balcony perfect for a late night pizza party with my 7 year old daughter. The shower was also a great bonus. The staff was also very friendly and assisted us with bags and pointed us in a direction of a luggage shop since ours broke on the Euro Star on our return to Paris from London.

We had a fantastic 3 day stay. So pleased we found this little treasure of a hotel. Great atmosphere, friendly very helpful staff. Lovely new hotel with very tasteful decor.spa was brilliant. Good location for seeing all of Paris.

Amazing hotel, but views not as good as pictures
Brand new hotel, rooms are beautiful but a bit small as with most Paris hotel rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Very friendly staff. My main complaint was that the room was advertised as having a view of Sacré Coeur which technically it did, but it was not a good one and nothing like the pictures.

Nice hotel for a wonderful stay in Paris
Very nice hotel with incredibly helpful staff. Close to 2 metro stations and the train station. One of the metro stations is a homeless hangout, but never felt unsafe. No refrigerator in room was kind of a bummer. Would definitely stay again.

Really worth the value
This was an excellent choice as we wanted something near La Gare du Nord for arrival and exit as it was a quick trip. The room was wonderful, clean, the queen bed very comfortable and so many nice details I have to give 5 stars as every staff member we came across was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel also for a beautiful pool, gym and sauna that is perfect after walking around all day!

Great but rats problem at the restaurant
I must commend the hotel's exceptional team, with a special shout-out to the night concierge. Their service and assistance were truly outstanding and greatly enhanced my stay. The hotel, being new, is impeccably clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The freshness and comfort certainly added to the overall quality of my stay and it was very close to gare de nord . While we were enjoying our dinner outside, we unfortunately had a horrible experience as there were rats present.

Die Unterkunft an sich war toll, was mir nicht gefallen hat war, dass es kein richtiges Badezimmer gab, das Waschbecken war im Zimmer und die Dusche auch, es gan nur einen Vorhang damit man sich waschen und umziehen bzw. ausziehen konnte

Hôtel pratiquement neuve avec piscine et spa très agréable pour se reposer en fin de journée. Le restaurant est délicieux et l’équipe du restaurant était serviable et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Je recommande fortement mais c’est un peu loin des attractions principales de la ville, prévoyez un budget taxis, métro ou d’excellente chaussures de marches.

Une très chouette adresse en plein cœur de Paris.
Nous y avons séjourné une nuit (février 2024) et l’hôtel affiche un excellent rapport/qualité (nous avons payé 180€ la nuit en passant directement par le site). C’est à mon sens ultra-compétitif pour un hôtel parisien de ce standing (et avec piscine !). Points positifs - Hôtel moderne, superbe décoration et de très belles parties communes. - Chambre de taille correcte et bien décorée (+ bonne insonorisation) - Espace piscine splendide ! Un personnel très sympathique (merci pour votre attention pour nos anniversaires) - Un hôtel parfait pour une escapade parisienne (et très accessible en termes de transport – à 5min de Gare du Nord). Points d’amélioration - Espace piscine qui peut vite être surchargé - Une télé qui n’a jamais fonctionné - Un internet capricieux (en chambre) - Les chambres balcons en étage inférieur qui donnent sur la cour intérieure - Quelques petits manques dans la salle de bain (savon, crème hydratante…)
