"Over all a good experience. Staff was great. Not enough outlet and some of them where not even working. And not enough light. "

"The roof bar has a great view of the City worth visiting whether you stay or not. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Lighting was minimal. Hotel appears to be mainly housing for students studying abroad so the room floors feel a bit dormitory style. And the room and amenity access is a bit quirky requiring elevator transfers. But overall good value and I would stay there again"

"The hotel in person was okay compared to the online photographs but that's with any place I guess. The walls are definitely thin, I suggest you bring ear plugs if you stay here. The bedding was clean, however, the room and hotel walls and structure is a bit crusty. There are nasty looking stains on walls that are not cleaned and so many cracks and dirt along the cracks of the room and bathroom. There is no hand soap by the way, there is a "body wash" bottle that they offer as hand soap in the room, that does not clean and disinfect bacteria like hand soap. The location is decent, about 20 min. car ride from the train station. The local transit rail is an 8 min walk, so pretty close by as well."

"Reserved months in advance for a May stay. Minutes walk from S.M. Novella train station, major sites, central market and restaurants / shopping. The buildings is 14th-century old, with thick walls, high ceilings and atmosphere. That is part of its charm. Nevertheless, the beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was modern, the breakfast buffet was beyond simple continental, and the staff was professional, attentive and friendly. We will stay there again."

"The hotel and rooms were tired looking and need updating. There was continuous noise in our room coming from the from the plumbing and ventilation. Also there were numerous mosquitos throughout the hotel and we ended up with numerous bites. "

"Perfect hotel to when you are coming in late or leaving early from the airport. Very 1980’s dated but clean, inexpensive with a nice breakfast and wonderful accommodating staff. Great value. "

"I felt very safe there. Loved that I needed a code to get into the building. Then I needed another code to go down the hallway to get to my room. The staff ordered 2 taxis for me. Their attentiveness was superior! Whenever I messaged them, they always answered quickly. The location was great. Very close to the metro and it was a relatively short walk to the attractions. Never stayed in a guesthouse before, but it was perfect. We stayed 7 days. "
