"The receptionist was very helpful, kind, approachable, and polite. I had booked two rooms but unfortunately had to cancel one less than 16 hours before check-in. The staff kindly discussed the situation with the manager and were able to accommodate the cancellation. I really appreciated their understanding and flexibility regarding the unforeseen circumstances. Excellent customer service and a very welcoming team. Thank you for your kindness and understanding!"
