Had staff basically hold me hostage for 2 half days so I could prepare to move because beds work awful than moved me to room with no AC than to room that was 32 degrees cold and couldn’t turn off the Ac. Food not good. Awful awful awful. I should be provided a refund given how pathetic their service and property is. "

"The Rock was a beautiful place. Staff was amazing and the place itself is beautiful. We stayed in the ocean front villa, which is actually three separate “rooms”. A kitchen - stove, fridge, toaster and toaster oven, kettle, etc, with place to sit to eat and a toilet. Then two separate suites for sleeping etc. We were two couples, so perfect for us.
