Loved this boutique hotel! Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. And the hotel has so much character, with lots of restaurants near by. If you want an excellent hotel on the beach I would highly recommend this hotel!

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left this boutique resort was wonderful. On arrival we received the warmest welcome complete with any drink of our choice and was then quickly taken to our room where every detail was explained (light switches, door locking etc). Our room on the 2nd floor was spotlessly clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. Each morning a delicious breakfast was served by the pool. All staff at the Beluga take the greatest pride in the service they provide with the highest attention to detail. If we return to Lamai in the future we will stay again at the Beluga Boutique Resort.

Absolutely great staff!!! Breakfast, the beautiful view, secluded rocks and beach away from the big crowds. Next to lovely bars/foodplaces; real easy to get into town. The cocktails are to die for. Missing it already… stayed for 10 days!

Really lovely relaxing holiday. The staff are gorgeous & nothing is too much trouble. My only negative is that the access to the beach is rocky & a set of stairs would have made it so much more accessible.

Great little stay

We had a lovely time at the beluga, mainly due to the friendliness of the staff. Other good parts were the cleanliness of the room, food at the restaurant, the bar and bar prices and not to mention the outside pool/beach area. Some not so great bits, but of an unpleasant smell in our bathroom, and generally speaking the decor inside is tired and the sunbeds, parasols and cushions outside could really do with updating as they looked at the end of their life. Other than that, it was a great stay, especially for the money. When there, make sure to visit Rocky Restaurant and Bar down the road!

The staff’s attention to detail and customer service was out of this world! The view from the property is breathtaking and made us never want to leave. There are several great local restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk. We will make this out go to spot when in Ko Samui.

Great price and views in this little getaway. The Best thing was the service. I really enjoyed the warm greetings from all everyday and them bring my morning drink to me as I enjoyed the views from my balcony.

This was an absolute dream of a hotel to stay at! The location was breath taking, it was such a peaceful atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The morning room turn-over was so quick that we had come back from breakfast just 45 minutes after leaving, and the room was made up for us already. The beach right next to the hotel has such clear blue water that is perfect for swimming, and clean sand to lay out on. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends.

Our stay was amazing. The Beluga team make your stay special, nothing is too much trouble and everything is delivered with a smile. At the end of our stay we felt like friends and not guests. We really did want to go back to London. O, Nei, Nie, Win and the whole team are Hospitality experts. The room service teams dressed up our rooms for our Birthdays The food is amazing. What a find ! Amazing boutique hotel, never feels too busy despite its small appearance. Really good breakfast, the best ive had in Thailand. Rooms and bathroom are a good size. A/C works brilliant, Wifi fantastic. Bar good but hotel prices. Small but perfectly acceptable pool. Good location for restaurants on the roads outside. Also good for walks on the beach where there are bars and restaurants too. The views from the hotel are perfect. Staff are fantastic, super friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Sit on the adjacent rock and admire the views.

Beluga is a quint little boutique hotel located in the rocks long the beach. Major rock formation landmark 100 meters away yet so quiet and calming. No kids or drunks anywhere near the property. Will return … and soon !!

Wonderful place, amazing staff. No beach on property but loved loved watching the water hit the rocks. Walk the beach starting next door. One minor complaint- people smoking at the bar made it unappealing to americans not used to that anymore. That is more a criticism of thailand than the beluga hotel, however. If we return to koh samui we'd love to stay there again.

Great choice overall

Grear spot, great little boutique hotel. Well situated and snorkeling is amazing right next to the hotel's beach. Cons: The airport/port transport is NOT included. It's easy to make that mistake, we did it. We booked thinking it was included because of the way it was advertised. It's 690 baht. Which is not cheap at all. Another con, the pool needs a good scrubing. Not super clean.

Everyone was really nice and kind. Breakfast is 350 Bhat and it was delicious. The hotel is literally right on the beach and it is private so not a lot of people. I sometimes felt I was the only one there. The hotel is really small and cute. Great customer service to all staff. everyone was friendly. I would come back again.

Favourite hotel ever!

The best hotel I’ve stayed at ever! The staff where the most amazing, detailed orientated, kind and welcoming people! I have not one bad thing to say about this hotel! Amazing location right on the beach, with a lovely pool! Rooms were clean, with everything and more that you might need while staying there! The food at the hotel was to die for, even on the pricey side but still would choose to eat here the food was amazing! Any questions were answered without hesitation or issue! We will 100% be back!

What a wonderful little pocket of Koh Samui. This feels off the beaten path but is right next to grandma and grandpa rocks which is convenient. It is down the beach from the main part of Lamai (long walk but doable). The staff were so kind and helpful. I got a massage each day with the woman right next to the property…$9 for an hour. Incredible. Swimming is lovely in the ocean or pool. Drinks and juices are well priced. Breakfast is also wonderful, eggs and pastries with fruit and coffee or tea. This is a quiet place with a chill vibe, I was happy to spend a lot of time here when I normally would be out and about the whole time. Definitely check out Beluga!

Disappointing

Was amazing helpful staff Very disappointed that children were allowed into the hotel as booked a adult only accommodation Three of the days children there our last day 5 to 7 children there have cancelled our next booking due to this Every thing else was good just very disappointing that children were there wether it’s staff or owners children
