"Check-in staff lacked motivation to assist in checking in. Staff lacked courtesy skills. I reported coffee maker did not work twice. The second time they picked it up and returned it. It still did not work. No effort was made to help. This is the same response from front desk staff. Room cleaning was ok but inconsistent with cleaning areas. My stay was ten days. The location is ideal and enjoyed the access to Casco and the main plaza. I would not stay there again."
