Overall the hotel stay was very pleasant. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Although very clean, some of the facility looked a little dated and needed some updating or repair, especially the pool area. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide variety of food choices. For the price it was a good value. The only downside was the immediate area - lots of traffic, difficult to cross streets (you never know if the cars will stop when you are in the crosswalk) and irregular sidewalks in poor condition.

The property is in a great neighborhood, and the rooms were clean with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, though I didn’t care for the sausage. Room service was good, although the food wasn’t always warm. I didn’t like that there was no microwave available for guests. The pool was enjoyable, and overall, I would return.

The staff was very nice, great breakfast options, Kareoke on Saturday's night, sport bar to watch the World Cup. I really had such a nice stay despite being for so short time in Panamá.

The hotel location is good and has a nice pool. The rooms have big semi-circular windows that give you a panoramic view of the area, the view is gorgeous if your room is on higher floors facing the bay. For the breakfast they have egg cooked on order, but the line and waiting were pretty long for most of the time because they had only one person serving.

My stay as well as my family's stay at Plaza Paitilla Inn hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff was warm and welcoming, and always willing to assist with a smile. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's amenities were excellent, and the location was convenient and accessible. I was especially impressed by the variety of food at the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable experience and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
