"I felt safe and my room was done every day, and for the most part the place was quiet. It’s nicely situated, about a 10-min drive from Stanford, and 25 mins from San Jose airport. The gym could use some love, but then again, so could the whole place. All in all, it’s a solid place to stay. "

"The property is very clean and inviting. The staff was very helpful and the free bottle of wine at check in was exactly what I needed after a long day of meetings and travel. The bed was really comfy and the room was very clean! It felt almost like home."

"on arrival staff did not greet cordially. Staff didn't give full instructions how to operate hand held shower. Heated floor was not heated in all areas. Was given out dated high riser for toilet. Cleaning was not consistent and bed was not made thoroughly each day. Meals were not prepared as requested.. "

"Wonderful staff and I truly enjoyed the service at the bar. The meatball appetizer was yummy! So was breakfast. The staff was quite helpful and so friendly. The rooms are a bit old, but extremely quiet and comfortable. Nice large bathroom! Will stay again."
