Property has easy access parking and a large, warm/welcoming lobby area. The two minor issues I had during my 3 night stay were dealt with very quickly by the very professional staff. This is my second time staying here and will definitely return if in the area.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for parking and the continental breakfast. Other places include those things. Jessica was great in the dining area but I didn’t like the fact that I had to wait until 5pm to eat. They should keep it at 4pm.

The hotel itself was nice, and the location was excellent and very convenient. The rooms and amenities met my expectations, which made the overall stay enjoyable in some ways. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was disappointing. From check in to check out, they came across as unwelcoming, unpleasant, and lacking professionalism. Customer service has a huge impact on a guest’s experience, and the interactions I had made me feel uncomfortable rather than valued. With a more friendly and professional staff, this hotel could be a much better place to stay.
