"The house has a great view over Palmer Lake. It was fun to wake up early, walk around the lake and sit to drink coffee on the oversized deck. The bedrooms were accurately described, and the dining/living room was comfortable to relax in. It does not have A/C, so it was a little hot during the day, but it cooled down at night. Would stay again. Would suggest to add real beds instead of the pullout sofas for future guests, the rooms are more than big enough for a queen beds."
