"Beautiful views, lots of space inside and outside. Large sundeck with plenty of seating. Some beds were a little softer than expected. The place had most everything you will need. Host was very quick to respond to our questions and very flexible with our requsts. Just a nice quiet getaway spot to relax."

"This house has been one of the best I've stayed in. I brought my husband and In-Laws from Upstate NY to see my hometown. The house has AC and even some backup units if they were needed. The kitchen was truly stocked with pots and pans. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The property was tidy. The hottub was nice and relaxing! I didnt need to talk to Shelly much but when I did she was very courteous! Price was perfect and I will keep the propert bookmarked for the next time I come home! "

"Beautiful and so clean! Loved the deck and watching the trains snake by...and my family played every game provided! Very comfortable furniture and beds. A lot of spices provided and having refrigerators on every floor was amazing. Hot tub was great and there was plenty of space for our family of 13 ranging in age from 2-85 to have wonderful time. Monument has a wonderful park, and we always love nearby Manitou Springs. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home !! "

"The house has a great view over Palmer Lake. It was fun to wake up early, walk around the lake and sit to drink coffee on the oversized deck. The bedrooms were accurately described, and the dining/living room was comfortable to relax in. It does not have A/C, so it was a little hot during the day, but it cooled down at night. Would stay again. Would suggest to add real beds instead of the pullout sofas for future guests, the rooms are more than big enough for a queen beds."
