"Absolutely amazing stay in every single detail. The location is fabulous and breath taking. Even the worse weather didn't make it less worthy! Food is absolutely amazing. Staff is very nice, friendly, professional and everyone from the hotel is perfectly informed about guests including all details which made the customer service level even higher. "Our second stay at this lovely Finca in the countryside outside Palma. Fabulous comfortable room and good breakfast. Evening meals were, if totally honest, a bit disappointing this year compared to our previous stay. I’d have appreciated sight of the menu at breakfast so as to decide whether to book dinner as it’s a fixed choice. A small point though; everything else was great, the staff and owner are lovely and we will stay again."

"Well we enjoyed the peace and quiet and the excellent breakfasts. The staff were lovely. The whole place did feel a bit tired and the grounds were scruffy. The roads to the finca were very twisty and narrow...almost impossible for two cars to pass. The pool,is small,but never busy. We were in one of the cottages not in the main building. Good shower, and toilet. Not a very spacious bedroom. Door at back opened on to small terrace which again was a bit scruffy..brambles growing out of...

"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and hospital. They were always on hand to help and answer any questions. The hotel was beautifully decorated with a traditional appeal. My room was very spacious and homely and had a feeling of a home from home. It was tidy and well equipped, with a luxurious bathroom.
