By car, you can reach Puerto Portals and Bendinat in just 8 minutes, two of Mallorca’s liveliest areas. A supermarket with local vegetables and organic products, as well as a pharmacy, are about 300 m away.
Just 1.5 km, around a 20-minute walk, is the Fundació Miró Mallorca, where you can admire famous works by the renowned Catalan artist.
At 2 km—about 30 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car—you’ll find the beautiful Cala Major beach, known for its relaxed atmosphere.
A bus stop just 500 m from the house offers direct connections to both Palma city center and the beach.

Le logement est bien situé, proche de l'autoroute. Le stationnement est bien pratique car à coté du gîte. Le logement en lui même etait tres propre, tres fonctionnel et une literie impéccable. L'accueil au top. On y retournera sans hésitation
Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend. Es war alles nötige vorhanden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr ansprechend. Hervorheben möchte ich die Wasserfilteranlage und die stylische Küche. Beides hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ebenso der eingewachsene und ursprüngliche Garten. Einziger Kritikpunkt waren die Hähne am Nachbargrundstück bzw in der Nähe. Die Nachtruhe kann dadurch empfindlich gestört werden. Dies sollte in der Beschreibung zumindest erwähnt werden. Ansonsten war alles zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit gewesen. Ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen Auch die zentrale Lage ist perfekt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und durch tägliche Nachfragen sehr bemüht, damit alles passt. Sehr positiv und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen!!
