"Amazing location, amazing staff! The hotel has 5 floors, each with a suite and a hotel style room. The top floor has a terrace with views of the city. We walked everywhere during our stay.
The front desk staff was fantastic, as was the restaurant. Thank you so much for a great first trip to Milano!"

"The staff are very helpful. They helped to book our airport transfer very quickly when we got to know there will be some disruptions for the train service due to the strike. They even assist us with early check in when our flight arrive early. Location is perfect too. Room is cosy. It will be best if there is cleaning every day. "
"What at first seems like a no frills hotel will delight you. Located on a small street that feeds into an ideal location a stone’s throw from the duomo and selfie heaven of you’re into that. The staff is courteous and efficient. The room itself is spartan. But it was meticulously clean and the hot water in the shower is infinite. Breakfast is more than just bread and cheese. When I had to stay up for a call on US pacific time business hours, the staff supplied me with bottomless excellent coffee and refused to charge me. "
"In the city centre, clean rooms.
The rooms themselves were pretty old, and the bathroom was really small, but it was all clean.
The allowed us to checkin early which was wonderful. "
"The breakfast was typical, nothing special, those coffee machines should be banned in all of italy! Unfortunately, all hotels are now using them, the coffee is horrible, it's italy, the coffee should be an experience! "
"The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom clean, shower is small and the hot water pressure was very low. The staff were very friendly. Hotel is in a fantastic location with all the major attractions within easy walking distance. "
