Clean with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and great outdoor seating area with a brick outdoor bbq. "I can’t say enough about this trip of a lifetime. The villa is spectacular. The staff are amazing. They planned an excellent birthday dinner in the courtyard, a cooking class and a fabulous lunch at the villa. All of the food was excellent. The property manager could not have done anything better. She made several reservations for us and even purchased a few things for my grandson to assure that his trip was special. We felt like royalty. We will be back!!"

"We booked Enrico's house for a summer trip over to Lucca and it looked so amazing, and had such a lot of outdoor space we had to ask whether it was all private or shared because we couldn't quite believe it. The property is an old smallholding with a farm building that has been completely overhauled so it feels more like a luxury hotel in Greece (beautiful concrete floors, lovely decor). "Beautiful setting in the country. Not exactly easy to get to since the access road is filled with pot holes, cows and very bumpy. A solid 10 minute drive off main paved road to get to Villa. Host was accomadating but a lot went wrong. It wasn’t occupied for over a month and we were greeted with water on floor in kitchen unknowing of source. "We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed."
