"First of all this home is beautiful! Wonderfully furnished in every way. Kitchen is percecfly accommodating! But…the house is amazing for a large family vacation, business outings the way it is perfectly laid out to allow for privacy at night but wonderful gatherings at dinner and drinks and time together in the evenings! "This was great property for the four of us. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. The living space and kitchen area were a great place for us to talk and relax. A very clean, beautiful property with a great pool and patio area which we took full advantage of. On our first night it was a real treat to have our very hospitable hosts fix us a delicious Italian dinner. A fun evening with great food and it made the first night easy."

Upon arrival we had made a passing comment on how beautiful the patio terrace was and how a fire pit would be a nice touch so that we could enjoy it longer into the cool night. "Stayed here for a week with my husband, daughter, son in law and 5 year old granddaughter. The views from every window were spectacular!! Clean with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and great outdoor seating area with a brick outdoor bbq. We had our first breakfast prepared for us by the family that lives in the bottom portion of the villa and served at the outdoor seating area overlooking vineyards and olive groves while the rooster was crowing. "Villa Franchetti was more than we could've have asked for - beautiful, clean and authentic. Jannet went out of her way to help us organize a surprise birthday dinner for my husband, and I couldn't have done it without her! I would highly recommend the Villa - the location was perfect for accessing the many Tuscan villages. We were so sad to leave, but did so with wonderful and beautiful memories."

"The Suite is a lovely house, beautifully decorated and furnished and thoughfully equipped. The grounds and pool are gorgeous and perfect for just spending time, relaxing and enjoying the scenery. There are so many interesting places within a 30 minute drive and we'd certainly recommend walking to Monteriggioni along the Via Francigena."

"This is a lovely house in a beautiful setting. Our family, ranging in age from 6 to 73, had a blast cooking, swimming, hiking, exploring, and chilling on the veranda. "We had an amazing week at Villa Alfresco - the property was amazing, especially the pool. Guiseppe the property manager was a star - he cooked for us three times and it was delicious and helped us with everything we needed.
