"The host was there to greet us on arrival. Easy and secure access to the apartment via small lift. The apartment is beautifully appointed and is very comfortable. "The place is about 7 mins walk from the no 9 tram to Metro Centrale. Quiet neighbourhood. Safe. Clean. Best part of the stay is going on a Lake Como tour with a smart funny guide called Emanuel. He’s good at reading the room, attentive, catered to our every need and knew not to tell us too many boring history. We have had so many animated entertaining conversations; alleviating the outing the most enjoyable one I had in Italy. Highly recommend Emmanuel to anyone who wants to see Italy. Thank you...

"This was a fantastic hotel - clean, modern, close to the center. The staff were very helpful. The room was modern and comfortable. The only drawback is the parking - it is a off site and a bit of a hassle to get there. There was also major construction on the roads so it was tough to navigate - none of the hotel's doing. The breakfast was very good - lots of choice and tasty. "
"It is a very good hotel, if you are looking to go to the Duomo area is the best choice, is less than 10 minutes from there. The staff is very attentive and if I ever come back I will stay at the same place.
