Room refrigerator wasn't turned on until the second day after housekeeping. The AC did not work, the room was hot and only cooled with the windows open. This was fine until the 5am street cleaning. Other than that the staff are wonderful and the heated towel rack was a pleasant surprise. Very nice place to stay.

AMAZING

This hotel is AMAZING! Smells good and clean. From reception, to the lobby, stair well and all the way to your room, this is by far the one of the best hotels. Conveniently located 5 mins walk to Duomo and train stations. Quiet location as well.

Nice hotel and great value!

This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back! We have already recommended the hotel to our friends and family! The location is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are big and comfortable. The decor is very tasteful! Even though it doesn’t have a fancy lobby, everything else is perfect!

This hotel was amazing, I loved my stay here! The room was clean and beautifully decorated, and the whole fashion/design vibe of the hotel is perfectly in line with the beautiful area its in. The bed was comfortable, the hot tub a fun addition, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location within 5 minutes of the San Babila metro stop and in front of an express supermarket.
