"It's the little details that make the difference like wireless charging for devices, a fully stocked coffee machine and different flavoured teas, plus the welcome gifts and immaculate property really does make you say "Wow" as you walk through the house and view the sea for the first time. I would recommend. The house is in a little oasis of calm and perfect. There were even Seals popping their heads up in the sea as we looked out in the morning."

"Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood to light a fire inside. No coal for barbecue outside. No outdoor ashtrays. There is no wooden sign at the entrance to the driveway from the main road with the home's name. Friends got lost finding the location. Communication with anyone administering this property is not the best. It would be great to have all instructions in writing. Seniors like ourselves are not that savvy with apps and emails. However, these are details and we would rent again."

"Excellent accommodation all round. The bed was firm, which we love, so that was good. Loads of kitchen stuff even in a small kitchen. Very close to pubs, shops and a couple of takeaways. Owner very helpful throughout. "

"We were celebrating my 70th birthday along with my three sons, their partners and four young grandchildren. The property was excellent, well-equipped and had a fair-sized swimming pool, which everybody enjoyed. We were there for 3 days and ate out for our main meals. The only issue was that the cleaners had let the owners down by not putting the bedding on in a couple of bedrooms. This was quickly resolved by the agent, Molly."
