"We were a mixed group of 8 adults and 7 children, 3 generations. The owners were willing to modify/ separate some of the ‘double’ beds to suit our party. We had also booked the annexe. The house is stunning and the garden beautiful despite the drought. Plenty of bedding, toilet rolls, bags for the bins etc.The pool was a great success. There were games and books in many of the rooms. And when we contacted the owners either phone or message we had almost immediate replies."

"overall the accommodation and staff were good and the grounds and location was very pleasant. However, on the Saturday evening we arrived back to the room at 8.30 pm to find in the garden a bbq, loads of people and very very loud music. We could not sleep, read or listen to the Tv and the music stopped at 11:59. Really spoiled our stay"

"What an incredible place to stay. Its difficult to say anything that hasnt already been said by the other reviews. The location is perfect, the accomodation facilities are perfect, the bedrooms are clean, spacious and perfect, the bathrooms are perfect, the kitchen has everything that you would need in a kitchen perfectly provided, views perfect, ambience is perfect. We made a barbeque which was also excellent to use, and so pleasant to be able to eat with the sea views and a lovely sea breeze. On a hot day we opened the back doors and front door, and had an amazing sea breeze flow through the house.Cant fault anything, and Kevin's communications, explanations and advice was always quick and spot on.We had a totally enjoyable stay at Seascape, and are keen to come back next year (hopefully this special place will still be available for us).Thank you Kevin"
A family house that sleeps 12 guests in 6 bedrooms

"12 of us from four generations aged 3 months to 90 years spent a fabulous 8 days here. Location is good, right on the beach, walking distance to paper shop etc and 10 minutes drive from Bognor Regis centre. The outdoor pool is large and was warm enough for us to swim every day. There is also a lawn big enough for the children to run about on and plenty of seats and tables in the garden. The gate from the garden goes straight out on to the stones leading down to the sea. The house layout is great for a family gathering. Plenty of glasses, crockery, dishes etc plus same in plastic for outside and two ovens made cooking easy. Would highly recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay in this cosy and clean studio annexe, which was quite separate from the main house, quiet and well equipped. The groceries provided for our arrival were a nice touch. Check-in instructions were clear and off-road parking is straightforward. The 600 bus from almost directly outside will take you into Chichester or Bognor."

"Fabulous, modern spacious and comfortable accommodation. Has everything you could possibly need. Great location, within a beautiful garden. Conveniently located opposite the Lamb pub where we enjoyed a excellent food.Lois was very helpful and an excellent host. We will be back! Thank you!"

" We have just returned from the most wonderful stay and honestly didn't want to come home. It was exactly what we needed.Dean was an exceptional host, responding promptly to any questions before and during our stay. We were also very kindly allowed an early check-in as the property was ready, which was such a thoughtful gesture and gave us even more time to enjoy this beautiful home.We were welcomed with the most amazing gifts, including a delicious cake and several other thoughtful treats. Even our dog wasn't forgotten, which was such a lovely touch and very much appreciated.The property itself is absolutely stunning and has everything you could possibly need, and more. It is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and equipped to an incredibly high standard. Our 20-year-old son was completely blown away!There was so much to do that we were never bored – from kayaking and playing pool, darts and table tennis, to relaxing in the hot tub and simply sitting outside taking in the breathtaking sea views. Being right on the beach was so peaceful, and watching the sunsets each evening was unforgettable.Thank you, Dean, for making our stay so special. This was an amazing break and exactly what we needed. We would love to return one day and couldn't recommend this beautiful property more highly."
New Property - Marble Bridge Farm

"Our family generally enjoyed Marble Bridge Farm especially the pool and hot tub. First impression not great as porch and key pad cobwebby. Other areas outside, like lights, similar. Kitchen well equipped but lacking a large non stick frying pan in good condition. We were surprised that for an up market property there were no table napkins. We couldn’t switch on the large television in the annex. On investigation we found the remote had one battery missing. We never found out how to turn up the volume of the television in the conservatory. The outside wooden furniture seemed very tired and indeed the table legs were held together with twigs. There were only 3 deck chairs around the pool. Overall we thought there was a lack of attention to detail. Nevertheless we made do and had a good time."
