Staff are very helpful but sometimes the IT infrastructure seems to let the customer down. "A lovey hotel and certainly at the top end of the market, the room was lovely, the bathroom was small but modern. The free Gin is a nice touch! The spa looked special but didn’t use, however the restaurant was excellent. Would definitely return."
