"Our room was clean and comfortable, with good amenities, and it was great to have a sliding door that could be opened to allow outside air … couldn’t leave it open overnight though as it was too noisy. Loved having an onsite laundry, so convenient. We needed parking which was offsite but very close, however it’s not a secure carpark and we were anxious due to the many homeless in the parking area and its vicinity. It was great to see security personnel outside the hotel at times. The hotel is in a super convenient location, not far from the waterfront, attractions and many excellent restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"The room was decent but older. The fan they brought us didn’t work then we asked for a working fan the man that handed us the fan knew it was broken but here’s another one lol! Wth! No one answers the phone at the front desk. There was only 1 elevator working and very slow. The sheets were questionable. The window doesn’t open and AC doesn’t work. 😔"

"We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights with family. The location is very convenient for airport access, and the hotel provides a shuttle service, which was helpful. The front desk people are nice friendly and professional. Beds were clean and comfortable, and the room rate was lower than many nearby hotels. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. Since the hotel is located next to the airport, aircraft noise is unavoidable. The property feels quite dated, especially the carpets, which appeared old and not very clean. The bathroom in our standard double room was extremely small. The hotel also does not provide complimentary bottled water. Their parking space is assigned to a third party company, the price is quite expensive and no discount even for us who stayed more than a week. The towels were noticeably worn, with loose threads and signs of heavy use. Housekeeping service was also disappointing. On multiple occasions, we ran out of shampoo or body wash and had to call the front desk for replacements. Out of five requests, four required at least one follow-up call before the items were delivered, which was frustrating. Overall, this hotel may be a reasonable budget option for travelers needing a short stay or airport transit due to its lower price and shuttle service. However, those looking for updated facilities, better service, and a more comfortable long-term stay may want to consider other options."
