"Check in was easy and efficient - staff were helpful. Room was clean and spacious with everything we needed. Love that there are toiletries ie. Hand wash , lotion , body and hair wash and conditioner so you don’t need to bring and quality of products are such that you actually want to use them. Spa pool was lovely and warm and fellow patrons were respectful of others including children being mindful of others. Facilities are easily accessible although now Chuan spa and pool area requires key card access. Gym is well equipped but lacked products or enough - to wipe down equipment after use - unless I missed them this time. I have stayed before and wipes were available then. Restaurant staff were friendly and choice of breakfast items at Eight restaurant is AMAZING. Car valet parking was a breeze and check out efficient. Only issue was phone in the room did not appear to work for when we wanted to notify valet parking that we would be checking out so needed to let concierge know when we checked out about bringing our car - which did not take long but we needed to wait for this. Highly recommend staying at the Cordis."

"The room was ideal; we had an ocean view and enjoyed the stay. Hotel (housekeeping) was great. Had problem with sink leaking and was fixed in a matter of hour. Highly recommend. Several restaurants inside hotel and close in proximity. Will definitely visit again."

"The staff were very friendly and made check in very efficient. There is a Starbucks, ABC Store, and an arcade (as well as gift shops) on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to find things you may need. The decor is beautiful and the rooms are very clean, modern with upgraded furniture and bathroom fixtures. I would DEFINITELY stay here again"

"The hotel is located on the beach. It has great amenities like a gym and an onsite location. While we stayed, the hotel was in transition with work and you had to summon the elevator via calling front desk who would radio the employee in the elevator. I don’t know if that is a long term inconvenience although the front desk made it work relatively seamlessly. There is no room service feature and the valet parking service was not operating during our stay. I would have liked to have a deck to sit out and watch the sunset. Again, not sure if this is construction-related. Overall, the stay was comfortable. It’s located close to the airport and as stated earlier, it’s on the beach."
