"This family run operation was spectacular. Jeremy who checked us in, was extremely helpful and very kind. The cleaning crew were a well oiled machine and had the same friendly and welcoming attitude as well. The grounds were immaculate and they were constantly cleaning the grounds and beautifying it with baskets of colorful flowers. Everyone worked as a team, whether it was the owner, manager, or help staff. They were available and always ready to answer our questions about the beautiful town of Ouray, whether it was about restaurants, shops, outdoor adventures like hiking or the via feratta. We highly recommend staying here when you visit Ouray. The rooms were quant, comfortable, and decorated tastefully with pictures of Ouray, making the room feel like an extension of this lovely town and its lovely people. "

"This was a 41st reunion trip with me and two friends who had traveled the country at 20. Ouray was always one of our favorite stops, so we decided to visit again. The location of this condo was great you can walk to everything and being able to hear the river was wonderful. We all enjoyed our stay and would book again if we ever return. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!"

"The room appeared to have been recently remodeled / restyled. It was very tastefully done. Even the blinds in the windows were of extremely good quality. The toiletry products were amazing - Bee Kind. Plus they placed these in large dispensers in the shower and at the sink, showing good eco-friendly practice. It was a good breakfast offering as well. The only thing they could improve upon is the view outside of room #2 overlooking the back of the room had some outside drainage issues."
