The staff was helpful, and the amenities were great and the room was clean. Don't expect breakfast to be great, stick to fruits and coffee.

Pretty run down, I know it’s been there 30+ years but lots of wear and tear, staff didn’t tell me about an apparently planned local power outage. Fun eating the breakfast in the dark. Stayed for two nights, didn’t think I’d have to ASK for room service/towels etc,

We stayed here for one night during a two week motorcycle trip after riding the Million Dollar highway. We didn’t know that, except for the main road through town, all others are gravel which made it tricky to maneuver and park. The property itself was adequate and met our basic needs. It was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was subpar compared to the other places we stayed during the trip. We will probably choose someplace else if we come back.

Nice quiet, clean place with walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Very reasonable price compared to similar places in town. A cheap place to stay if you want to ski Telluride which is an hour away.

Don't stay here. We checked in and was told by the front desk guy , that I didn't reserve a pet room, even though I called and talked to a young lady on Friday 9/25 at 6:30 at night and was told I got a pet room. So he told me I had to call Expedia so they can charge me extra for a non pet room??? Didn't make any sense. He kept bugging me about calling Expedia when I went in the lobby. He was very rude and I let him know how rude he was. He accused me of not listening to him. He also trashed the girl that works at night, saying she's new and he's always fixing her mistakes. She was actually very sweet and got my room changed the next day to a first floor pet room. On reading other reviews, I see he's been rude to other customers too. I over paid for room only to be treated like crap by this guy.
