We had a nice little room. We just spent one night there but it was clean. Located close to Ouray Hot Springs. Had a barbecue restaurant behind it. That was really good.

When we arrived we were greeted with a warm smile. The owner told us how to get around town and gave us a map. She also gave us a packet of s’mores to enjoy at the fire pit around back. The room was clean and enjoyable.

My family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Timber Ridge Lodge! The staff helped is get our bearings in Ouray and gave us plenty of suggestions for things to do. The hot springs are a 5 min walk and there is a great barbecue spot literally behind the building. Every evening they provided a fire pit to make smores—which our kids loved! And when the kids were tuckered out from outdoor activities, we spent time in their common room playing board games and drinking coffee and tea. I highly recommend staying here.

This is our second stay here. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained that I felt safe going barefoot like at home. Room was nicely decorated and inviting. Ceiling fan, floor fan, and portable a/c unit, soft comfortable king size bed all made sure we had a great night sleep. Even though the room faces the main road into town, we slept like a baby. Bathroom was a good size with a comfortable inclined back tub. S'mores provided for the evening fire pit and the next door restaurant's (The Smokehouse) breakfast was excellent. This place has every thing!

Simply put, we would stay there again in a flash. It's not a big fancy hotel, but for a place to stay in Ouray, Colorado, it's just fine. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everything is clean. You can tell they care about the place and the people who stay there. And that's huge. It's in a good location, a little away from downtown but next to the riverwalk, which provides a nice path to downtown.
