This place was amazing! What a great spot with mountains surrounding the property, a great little lobby area, peaceful, courtyard and pool and most importantly, the amazing Hot Springs just a few steps down!!! I would love to return!
The room was clean and well kept, the staff were very friendly and informative, the vapor cave was wonderful, the hot spring pool and its area was comfortable

We like that it was all inclusive. We wished there could have been cream for the coffee and possibly an earlier check-in (we arrived at 2 and were told that check-in was at 3).

The rooms are old but in decent shape and clean. Beds were very comfy. Pool area needed some help and the morning coffee was not good and the creamer was spoiled. Overall we had a nice time.
Our room was very small with very small bathroom. That being said, itâs a very old world cool property and I would go back. The hot pool (regular size swimming pool with 100 degree water) and the vapor caves were an experience! There are only a few rooms (maybe 10 or so) which makes it nice. Easy to walk down to Main Street for restaurants and shops.
Helpful folks at the front desk, sarah in particular, Bruce in the evening. My room was clean. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was tiny. If you got up from the toilet, you bumped your head on the sink. However, I was introduced to the vapor cave, which was really the highlight of my time spent in the hotel. It was like being invited into a sacred ceremony, with the exception of One Loud visitor, who couldnât stop talking and actually had brought her cell phone into ante chamber of the cave. Still it was like something Iâd never experienced and Iâm very grateful that Sarah pointed it out to me.

The property was clean and the staff was helpful. We rented the Lorelei and that was a great experience - would recommend. We stayed here because of the vapor cave and that was an experience for sure. Being underground in a natural hot water pool was pretty cool. However, although our room was as clean as it could be, it was pretty run down. Water damage in the walls and ceiling, stains on the carpet, and the floor in the bathroom was soft under the linoleum, especially around the toilet, which gave me the creeps. One of the windows was open but marked âinoperable.â The room didnât have an odor but it was pretty depressing. I would recommend using the vapor cave and reserving the Lorelei if possible, but definitely staying somewhere else.
The property is unique and rustic it has a nice vibe, and staff are very kind and helpful. The only negative is the beds were very firm! The firmness made for a very poor night of sleep and would keep me from returning for another visit.
We were there as the remodel was starting so what we experienced will be different than when you go. Sweet lil property with kitchens and a living area and hot springs etc. Old units with very little plugs so you might have to blow dry your hair in the living room. But It had everything we needed and walkable to town.
I like the old school feel the property has. Upon arrival we were told that the property was under new ownership and things were different. We needed to wait until exactly 2pm to check in and could not use the amenities until we checked it. This was different for the past.
Woke up after the hours sore from the cheap beds. Everything there is incredibly cheap except the price of the room.
Itâd take nearly nothing for them to upgrade the beds. The rest of the room was bad, too. Outdated plumbing. No screens, so you face to choose between stale air or mosquitoes.
Cheap, Dollar Tree robes.
Pathetic, overall.
