Room was immaculate, beds were comfortable, and it was a great location! The staff took great care in preparing the room, as you could see from the details taken with towels, bed linens, lighting etc. The owners of the hotel were extremely, helpful with suggestions for food and shopping. The hotel property itself was very pretty, with a deck, hot tub, seating areas, fire pit and beautiful baskets of flowers hanging thoughout the outside of the hotel and planters on the deck. It was all very welcoming! Would stay here again!

The Matterhorn in is perfectly located in town. Everything is an easy 5-10 min walk. The Inn is immaculate . Service is the best! I had a very late arrival and the office staff made sure I arrived safe and able to get into my room effortlessly. Highly recommend!!

The property is conveniently located close to everything in Ouray. The office staff is wonderful and super accommodating. The room was clean and cozy. We stayed 3 nights. The hot tub was a welcome benefit after each day's hiking activities! I highly recommend the Matterhorn Inn in Ouray! PS: Do the Perimeter trail!
