"The property was as described and pictured in the ad on Vrbo. The owner was very responsive. There was a beach view and the pool location was excellent. The unit is located near the elevator and parking lot which was very convenient.The condo grounds are attractive and very well maintained.I would stay here again."

"Bob’s condo was very nice. It was super clean and perfect for 2 people! The communication was great and Bob was able to answer all of our questions. We loved all of the equipment available for use on the beach. Pool was clean and sparkling. Parking was easy and convenient. Overall, a good stay!"

"Everything was run down, from the rugs (I rolled them up and stashed them) to the furniture to the non working tvs, 80s hairdryer, and scratched up teflon pans. Windows wouldn’t open and the shower was clogged. The photos must be old. I didn’t make a fuss until the WiFi became unstable, not even about the shower. But this was a working trip and I needed WiFi. The host ignored all of my messages. I had an international Zoom meeting and had to check out of the condo early so I could take it in Orlando. The view is beautiful but be mindful on the beach. There was a very creepy local man coming around during the day. "

"This condo was very easy to move into and live for several weeks. I had some problems when we arrived at this place, no worries all of my own making. But the rental office helped right away with kindness and the information I needed. The pool was nice and deep so I could use my divers fins for swimming. For a while when we were there the County was working on the beach so out beach access for the property wasn’t open. But they provided for us to use other properties or the public access .2 miles away until ours was open again. This location is across from. Dollar General Market, for food, several restaurants, hair and nail salons. All within walking distance. The condo was very clean with the kitchen having everything I needed to make meals even cookies. I would recommend staying here to anyone and hope to come back next year. "

"Condo needs some TLC!!! Drywall definitely had water damage in the master bedroom. Bathrooms also need some love. Kitchen and flooring are good. Condo had a funny smell. Lastly don’t be fooled by the washer/dryer. They are not in the unit and 5 a load. Place has tons of potential!! Condo complex is nice and well taken care of. Management company was great!!! "
