"Great house in a great location. Owner was very responsive with any concerns. My boys loved being able to walk to the park, beach, Izzy’s and C’s Waffles! They really enjoyed the heated pool. So close to a lot of our favorite spots and lots of space. This house is very equipped with many things you may need! We all agreed that we will be back :)"

"Great view of ocean, stay here every time I come to New Smyrna. Unfortunately it’s great location for a corporate hotel more concerned with rates and what you owe vs. coustmer service. This year they have decided to charge you for parking (big sign at check in) and forgot to tell u ice machine is out on your floor and where to get it!"

"This house was amazing. It seemed to be newly renovated and well done. The master bedroom was huge with a comfy bed. The couch was large and comfortable. The house was clean from top to bottom. Great neighborhood and the neighbors are extremely nice. I met the front door neighbor when I was waiting to be picked up to head back home. Great location for a great price. We didn't use the hot tub (we only stayed 1 night and it was a bit too hot to use it) but we would definitely come back and use it in the winter if we have to be back up this way. "

"Everything was wonderful! The doggo had a great time and everyone was super comfortable during our stay. Any issue we had the host was so quick to resolve. Including getting us a new wine opener that matched the theme of the property. Overnight! I would come back to New Smyrna Beach just to stay here again. This was also our first Vrbo stay and the host was so gracious in helping us navigate. I cannot say enough good things. "
