"The air conditioning was not working well the day we stayed but they were calling in someone to get it fixed ASAP. It wasn't too hot though. They only had one front desk clerk that was managing people coming in, phone calls and directing other staff."

"Hôtel propre et en bon état. Il manque par contre d'ascenseurs donc c'est très congestionné durant certaines périodes de la journée. Même chose pour le déjeuner où il manque de places pour s'installer parfois. Pour le reste tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes."

"The room was spacious and clean. Separate bedroom for my husband and myself. Pullout sofa for my grandson. Stayed 3 nights Aug 2026. 15th floor room with kitchen/dining table and balcony. Would have appreciated a dish towel to dry plates etc and perhaps a sachet of clothes washing liquid as there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in your unit.i had forgotten to bring from home. Lift was a bit hit and miss and took a long time to get up/down to the lobby or pool. The price we paid and its proximity to main tourist attractions was excellent. Parking for the 3 nights was an additional $33 but was in secure parking garage under property. Close to restaurants and Rideau Canal."
