Fairmont Chateau Laurier
Horrible room. Awkward configuration. Tiny washroom making difficult to even sit on the toilette. Thermostat didn’t work. Exterior window did not close. Remote control batteries were dead. Nice property - Terrible accommodations.

We love staying here when we come to Ottawa! The rooms are massive with a full kitchen and sitting and eating areas as well. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean.
