Booked an Executive room which was just OK..
Made the mistake of paying and booking the Spa, which we attended prior to checking into our room.. The Spa was dirty, changing facilities poor with broken lockers. Dirty toilet and showers.. Uninterested staff. Outside areas filthy, loungers dirty with bird mess and empty glasses strewn around.. Broken drain tile on walk up to outdoor jacuzzi almost caused me to trip.. Once we had had enough of the expensive paddling pool, we checked into the hotel and changed our dinner reservation from 7.30pm to 6.30pm,Good job really.. As when we came to order, our desired dishes were unavailable.. Unacceptable!
Eventually my partner and I compromised and chose alternative meals.. All things considered, I would describe both of our meals as poor and lacking value for money,
We requested dessert menus,
30 minutes later, requested them again.. 5 minutes later we asked for a cheese board.. 20 minutes later.. Still no cheese.. Asked for the bill.. Guess what?.. Cheese was on the bill.
Such a shame.. You obviously have a Diamond in the rough for an establishment,
Needs some TLC and training
