"The front desk people were great, the transport back and forth to our car was excellent. The hotel is in the historic district so interesting design but we like d that, the only issues the room was a little cold, bathroom and as a little tight with no place to put toiletries, the morning breakfast was not very good cold eggs white toast not very good, coffee was good though. The location is very good to me all around the main plaza and church. The good part of Ostuni we used it to do day trips...

"We absolutely loved our stay here, it is one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The airline had lost our bags en route and we showed up tired and frustrated from that experience but the hotel staff were so welcoming and kind that we soon snapped out of it. Marilyn in particular was especially helpful in helping us navigate the airline’s lost baggage system and even took it over for us, calling each day and speaking with them (our Italian is terrible). All the staff were just the best and whatever...

Staff at weren’t very friendly when needed assistance with things and failed to make a dinner reservation when I asked them to. They weren’t able to seat me at the restaurant. Staff didn’t seem to like English speaking guests and found us more a nuisance. "
