Stayed here for a wedding. Pool and hotel were clean and comfortable. Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff at weren’t very friendly when needed assistance with things and failed to make a dinner reservation when I asked them to. They weren’t able to seat me at the restaurant. Staff didn’t seem to like English speaking guests and found us more a nuisance.

Resort needs an upgrade as in a lick of paint and rooms upgraded also. Limited food options breakfast ok. This resort requires a vehicle to get around as it’s far from everything including buses and taxis not that I saw any. Car is a must

Room has crawling insects. Property is old. Dining options very limited. Restaurant open for an hour during lunch and was pricy for a fixed menu. Room service also had limited hours. Beach is a bit of a hike and not the best. The sandy beach required a shuttle bus and was packed when I visited. Not much to do around hotel without a car.

If you are interested in staying at this hotel, please be advise that they do not speak any other language but Italian. They make it very difficult for us travelers ( English speaking) to communicate with them. The staff is very rude, talks in Italian and laughed at us when we requested service to charge our vehicle at the station. We ordered orange juice 4 glasses and they would roll their eyes or make comments which obviously we did not understand. We tried our best to speak minimal Italian but they made it very difficult. The service at the buffet we were never approached by a server, they would walk by our table and not help us. The location is not bad but walking from the parking lot to the hotel at night was pretty risky as the road is very rocky. Sadly, this is a hotel we would not consider to stay again.

L'hôtel s'étend sur une grande distance, ce qui fait que de l'accueil a la chambre il faut marcher une distance non négligeable, et encore pire pour atteindre la plage privée. Il n'y avait pas de wifi dans la chambre (et pas de réseau) et la smart tv ne fonctionnait pas (les fonctionnalités "smart" du moins). Chambre vieillotte avec des équipements et un mobilier (dont la literie) de qualité moyenne. Le velo elliptique de la salle de sport ne fonctionnait pas. Il y a une fente assez importante entre les deux panneaux coulissants qui cachent la baie vitrée la nuit, donc impossible d'avoir le noir complet pour dormir. La personne qui nous a servi au dîner était désagréable (à la limite de l'impolitesse), et le dîner est cher pour une qualité pas au rdv, en plus d'être bruyant. Il y a des guêpes qui vous empêchent de prendre le petit-déjeuner tranquillement sur la terrasse. Pour le positif : Espace piscine agréable, et personnel de l'acceuil agréable et professionnel.

Hotel muito bom, porém bem fraco no item refeições. Restaurante bem simples e comida não está à altura do Hotel. Pouquíssima variedade. Precisam melhorar esse item. Helt ok hotell

Helt ok hotell. Fint og stort badebasseng ute. Fine strender. SPA avdelingene kostet penger, selv om man var gjest ved hotellet. Og treningsrommet var ubrukelig siden aircondition ikke fungerte. Det var veldig uheldig, da vi booket hotellet pga trening inne. Hotellet ligger rett ved en superfin, gammel by som heter Ostuni. Anbefaler å ta turen dit for solnedgang og middag.

Die Anlage ist herrlich gross mit schönem Pool, schöner von Palmen gesäumter Allee zum Meer, grosse Liegewiese am Meer mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen. Grosse Zimmer, genug Ablagefläche im Bad.
