"We were a group of 20—grandparents, parents, and grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to 67—and these units were perfect for our family vacation. They were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The units were fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchens were well stocked with cookware, dishes, and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for a large group. We especially enjoyed the gas grills and fire pits, which became evening gathering spots.Parking was plentiful, although we occasionally had to shuffle vehicles to get one out. The game room garages were a huge hit with the kids whenever we weren't out exploring.Our hosts were excellent communicators, responding promptly throughout our stay.The nearest beach access is about 1.5 miles away, but it's an easy drive.The units are on or near a busy main road, so there is noticeable traffic noise. It wasn't a deal-breaker for us, but those seeking a very quiet setting should be aware.While these are premium rentals, we felt they were well worth the investment. The spacious accommodations, amenities, and overall experience made them an excellent value for our large family gathering.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend these units to large families or groups."

"This house was perfect! My family of 5 traveled down to California to visit the beach. We needed something with enough room for all of us that was also a short drive to the beach. I was pleasantly surprised about how clean this house was when we arrived. Not to mention how lovely the neighborhood was. This property offered ample parking for our 2 vehicles, and was a short drive to some wonderful restaurants in town. I can’t thank our host enough for sharing their lovely home with us, and helping make our vacation so memorable."

"Beautiful setting and plenty of room for everyone (we had 11 in our party). We hosted a rehearsal dinner in the yard which was enjoyed by all. The host was very accommodating getting this setup. My main concerns and comments are there were issues with the stove top vent not working, windows that were difficult to close and lock and furniture that is just worn out and in some cases unsafe."
