"The room was in good looking condition but the carpet felt dirty and slightly sticky to walk on barefoot so it does leave me to wonder what else isn't getting cleaned properly. It is a very budget friendly room though so I suppose it is worth it."

"Michelle was an excellent host, and we had a wonderful time staying at her place while visiting our son. She was always quick to respond. I gave her a few suggestions, and she was more than receptive. You can tell she takes pride in her property and wants her guests to feel at home. "

"What a gem! We’ve stayed in multiple houses in the area and this one was by far our favorite. Very well-stocked kitchen with oils and spices for cooking, great outdoor space, and super clean. The bottle of wine and chocolates and water in the bedrooms were such thoughtful touches! And our request for an early check in was graciously accommodated. "

"The place was charming and the room very comfortable and spacious. It had everything you need. The only complaint I would have is that because it is an old Victorian, every window and door is loos and there is no insulation whatsoever. That means that you can hear every sound from every room and even with a breeze the windows and doors rattle all night. I guess that's what old Victorians are like."

"We had an amazing stay at the Heritage Estate in Arroyo Grande! The home is absolutely beautiful — very spacious inside and out, with a gorgeous yard and relaxing back porch that was perfect for our family gathering. It comfortably accommodated our whole group for my son’s 18th birthday weekend.The house had everything we needed, including two pool tables and two refrigerators, which made hosting so much easier. It was also a very short drive to ride the ATVs we rented on Sunday, which made the weekend even more fun and convenient.The only suggestion we would make is adding TVs to the additional bedrooms, as there are currently only two in the home (family room and master bedroom). Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!"

"Cute little place. We had trouble with the stove tho, the oven seemed broken. Also, the wifi was very bad. We had to use our data from our phones. The sofabed was unable to open."

"Peri was the BEST VRBO host we have ever had. She communicated well, gave clear instructions and was available at all hours. What an amazing experience for my grandchildren (age 10 and 12). Peri went above and beyond explaining everything quite thoroughly. I can’t say enough about how positive every moment was that we spent on the property. The house was clean, roomy, up to date with many amenities. I highly recommend this property. "
