Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices from Western to Asian dishes. Loved the self serve soft drink and coffee station including the large eating area. Highly recommend.

The staff was so friendly, and cleaned the room everyday. Even refilled each room with new water each day which was amazing! The area is little far from subway station, but it is in middle of four subway stations. So you can choose where to walk to.

Extremely helpful staff with a buffet breakfast that has an assortment of foods. The communal after hours dining area gives you a comfortable space to relax and have complimentary drinks. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel.

Great hotel in a central location within quick walking distance to Dotonburi. Rooms were very smal, struggled to find a place for our luggage but we managed. Enjoyed the washing machine in the room and breakfast with 24hr coffee.

Overall a good budget option to stay in Osaka. Our room was clean but pretty tiny compared to our other accommodation in Japan. It didn’t have views. We stayed in the Annex building, which due to the lack of a restaurant smelled way better than the main building. The staff were helpful and kind in true Japanese hospitality spirit. Very conveniently located next to metro stops, lots of restaurants and good shopping.

Hotel is walking distance to surrounding metro stations and Dotonbori which is great. The size of the room is also comparatively bigger than other hotels i’ve stayed at in Japan, which is nice because I could open up my luggage easily. I particularly like the lounge area for the complimentary refreshments! The only downside is that the room doesn’t smell good.

Staff very helpful & friendly. Location, 10min walk to subway. 1 thing i dislike is laundry facility. 1 family held up washer and dryer for 6 hours, they did multiple loads without any consideration that more than 3 others were waiting. I had to speak to concierge about this which they made a sign indicating limit of use.

Hotel lobby and staff were excellent, clean, and efficient! The room i stayed in had plenty of space, the amenities were great, and was offered toiletries. The location of this hotel is just a short walk from Dotonburi and not too far from train stations.

Overall this hotel is in a great location if you are looking to stay in Shibuya. It’s a 2-3 min walk from the station, and you are right in the heart of Shibuya near the Shibuya Crossing. Convenience store is a 2 min walk away. The staff are very friendly and nice. They accept luggage transfers if you are trying to ship it there from other hotels. The hotel also has laundry machines and a microwave too. Rooms are what they look like in the pictures. A little run down but we were able to fit 4 luggage’s just fine. Breakfast though is pretty good. Would recommend trying at least once. Fresh food and juices. I would probably stay again in a bigger room though.
