Cozy private room with bath

It's very nice & clean home the neighborhood is quiet keep it like that. I am very respectful of people and expect people sharing my home to be the same. The room has a microwave and little refrigerator, TV with fire stick.
My home is 12 minutes away from
Orlando Airport without traffic Lots of restaurants, publix is 6 minutes Marshall's, Ross, Walmart, dollar trees 10 minutes away ETC. neighborhood Walmart is 5 minutes, Disney 30 minutes away, universal Studios is 25 minutes, UCF 23 minutes away.
