This hotel has everything you need: cleanliness, restaurants with good food and excellent service, two spectacular bars, a swimming pool, and a perfect location for all the attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Hidden gem of a stay. The boat nearby takes you to Epcot and Hollywood studios easily. The buses pick you up and take you to Magic Kingdom and Animal kingdom easily. The room has a great shower and the bed is comfortable. The staff are helpful and help you with tips about your stay.

Maybe expected a little more high end considering the cost and that this is the newest addition to WD resorts. Generally liked the location and convenience to the parks. Pool was okay. Little to nothing for kids/toddlers. That was a little disappointing

My wife used to be a cleaner and the first thing she noticed was how well the staff cleaned. The smell walking into the lobby will welcome you in . The staff was great and walking distance to the other 2 properties. Love love loved it!!!

I love this place. So clean and neat. Facilities are so in hand. A bit farther than dolphin and swan to use water taxies, but just a few steps away. I enjoyed stay so much and the view was fantastic. Highly recommend, I stayed with my kid.

Absolutely amazing property & highly recommend. Great customer service, super sweet & knowledgeable. Literally one of the cleanest properties and location is top tier. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve while celebrating our wedding anniversary! From beginning to end, our experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the entire resort was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. One thing we really appreciated was having our room cleaned and refreshed every single day. Coming back to a fresh, clean room after a long Disney day made such a difference! The location is one of the BEST things about staying here. We loved being able to walk over to Disney’s BoardWalk, where we even danced the night away at the Atlantic Dance Hall! We also had an amazing anniversary dinner at Amare right inside the Swan Reserve, which made our special evening even more memorable. Transportation was incredibly convenient. We took the Friendship Boat from the Dolphin to Hollywood Studios, and later took the Disney Skyliner back toward the BoardWalk area and enjoyed the beautiful walk back to our hotel. Having so many transportation options without constantly relying on buses or driving was a huge plus. We also loved having access to the amenities at the Swan and Dolphin. We spent time relaxing at the beautiful Grotto Pool at the Dolphin, which made it feel like we were getting several resort experiences in one stay.
