Property not available at check in time

The Property owner did not respond to my check in request at time of arrival. We were left on the street until after dark. VRBO got us a hotel room by 9 PM and paid for another night while they investigated. We had to get a condo some were else. VRBO gave us our money back.
Stayed 12 nights in Dec 2022
