We were on vacation, we loved the close proximity to the theme parks. Easy access to pool and an outdoor grill. The housing was clean and spacious. The only thing not available was a mop for when the kids came out of the pool.

Registering was not bad, but after registering and walking back to your car and driving to your room I entered and realized I was in a queen room instead of a king I had booked.. With a toddler who was fussy and tired from all the traveling, I was not driving back to the main building to change the room.. so my husband, and toddler basically slept in a queen bed and didn’t get much sleep.. Toilet seat broken and the space was bit outdated and just “okay” as it relates to cleanliness.. water park is a joke $25.00 per person and there was really no where to sit.. you have to run down there early for a place to sit.. on top of that my toddler is 44inches so there is literally one slide he could get on and the lower park.. mind you we finally found a place to sit at the upper park.. it began to rain heavily and they closed to park down and all the pools (so one day wasted) - no the hotels fault.. I would not stay here again.. the pool bar had a bar with no staff, random ppl playing music and acting like it’s their pool.. I’ll stay somewhere else next time!

We found two roaches in our room. No one wants to find insects especially roaches in the place they are staying for a few days. The WiFi/internet and cell service was horrible during our whole stay. We couldn’t enjoy our time because we were worried about the roaches and we couldn’t use our phones or anything. Was very frustrating

If they place you in a building close to the main building, I think your stay will be more enjoyable. We were back in the II, GG, HH section of the property, and it was a bit far of a walk. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Once we got to our Villa, there were ants all over the counter. I called and it was addressed right away. There was a gap under the bottom corner of our door which was most likely from rain. We were not allowed to check out late, but then got a phone call offering a late check out if we went to the timeshare presentation. Do not rely on the washers and dryers. The washers did not drain completely and it took 3 hours for our clothes to dry. Again, lots of quirks, but every employee we came in contact with was very kind and helpful.

I stayed 10 nights and my room wasnt cleaned once. The walls are thin and i was woken up every morning by the beeping of their staffs carts, or hearing other guests. The washers in the laundry facility didnt work. The internet never worked and I had to go outside my room to use my own data. I booked this hotel mainly for the waterpark but thats an extra cost and it closes at 6pm. The only upside is Disney is close and there is a walmart across the street. Happy i didnt have the time to get suckered into the timeshare....would not recommend or stay here again.
