"The hotel was great! Very clean. Friendly staff. Great location. The room was a little stuffy and could not get ac to get cold enough. But had balcony doors for fresh air. Great stay."

"Housekeeping was spotty whereas things like replenishing the coffee tray with coffee, tea and sugar refills, and bath and hand towels were always short the quantity needed (2 people). The shower/bathtub was very difficult to climb in and take a shower. No hand bars and the height of the tub made it very hard to get in. Especially difficult for persons with any kind of mobility issues. We were in a suite for 11 nights. Otherwise, all good. "

"Great hotel for solo travellers, business trips travellers, or to have a quick and safe access to the center by foot or public transport. The bathroom was spotless and the room very clean too. Receptionists were professional but not welcoming which is not a first good impression at check-in. "

"It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for transport being only a 7 mins walk to the Potsdamer Plaza with its multiple transport options. Most of the key attractions were within walking distance. The only slight gripe was that we had to ask for extra sachets of coffee (2 sachets of normal coffee were provided. Overall it was good value for money for the 4day stay."
