Dates will be released six months in advance. If you're looking to book a date that appears as blocked, please reach out to me, and I'll reserve it for you. I'll also notify you as soon as the dates are available for online booking.
Guests are required to sign listing agreement via an outside electronic platform.
To comply with City of Newport Beach short term rental rules and regulations, which require renters to be age 25 or over, you will be required to present a valid photo ID.
This listing is for the one bedroom flat on the 2nd level only. This unit has its own separate entrance. The studio on the ground level is not for rent. The entrance for the upper unit and the lower unit are separate.

**IMPORTANT**
Villa sleeps 4 people. However, maximum booking is only 2 people- second bed is intended for comfort and additional space only.

(1) Main floor One Bedroom Flat (2nd Level) and;
(2) Ground floor One Bedroom Studio (1st Level) THE STUDIO SUITE IS NOT FOR RENT.

NOTES:
For bookings over 2 weeks, there is an extra cleaning fee for every 2 weeks of the stay, with a minimum basic cleaning fee of $120 per cleaning. System will automatically calculate this fee for bookings of up to 28 days. Anything above the 28 days bookings will be an extra fee.
If you cancel within the first 24 hours of booking, there will be no transaction fee. Otherwise, your credit will be reduced by a 3% merchant processing fee.
