"We enjoyed our stay at this historic hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice. The breakfast and restaurant were good and staff were keen to help. If I had a criticism it is that service can at times be slow despite there being lots of staff around. "

I made a mistake of booking this hotel instead of booking a similar named hotel in the neighborhood that I was hoping to book. Hotel management is rude and unfriendly.
