"Hotel Royal is a beautiful property in a fantastic location, close enough but not too close to the Old Town Action. The breakfast is amazing and staff incredibly welcoming and helpful, will definitely be staying here again!"

"The hotel is good - it’s clean, the staff is very helpful & friendly, and I felt very safe. I used the spa and enjoyed it. This isn’t a hotel that you will spend all day at relaxing so it was perfect for my trip as I had tours booked all the time. I would not recommend paying ahead of breakfast to be included. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30am but my tours all started at 7 which was pretty disappointing. Additionally, there is a pool onsite but the photos make it look quite larger than it actually is which was also a bummer."

La Siesta spa was great this stay was amazing from beginning till end. Clean rooms, amenities amazing and they stay restocking your room. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for the hospitality."

"We had an amazing stay and were truly impressed by the level of service at this hotel. From the moment we entered the hotel each day, we were always greeted by smiling and attentive staff. The team paid attention to the little details, from taking care of our daily needs to beautifully decorating our bed. These thoughtful touches really made our stay feel special. We did have a slightly unpleasant experience with the service at the spa. However, what impressed me most was how the hotel took the initiative to provide service recovery without us even asking for it. I had actually told them that 95% of our experience had been wonderful and that one small incident would not change our overall impression. Yet, they still went out of their way to make things right. That really showed us how seriously they take their guests' experience and service standards. Overall, we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. A wonderful hotel with genuinely attentive service, and definitely a place I would recommend staying at when visiting Hoi An."

"Great location within walking distance to the night market, central area, and river. The hotel has a charming retro design with modern comforts, and our room was spacious and cozy. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive—helping with luggage, offering welcome drinks, fruits, and cold towels, which was a lovely touch in the hot weather. One area for improvement would be soundproofing, as noise from outside and upper floors was noticeable. Otherwise, the stay was peaceful, clean, and good value. Overall: A cozy boutique hotel with excellent service and a strategic location—highly recommended for a stay in Hoi An."
