When I inquired about a better way to keep water from the shower in the hall bathroom from spreading, she brought over a handyman to install a shower curtain rod and drain guard. The apartment had enough towels and other amenities, which was not always the case...

"Helaas zijn wij nooit in het huis verbleven. Week vooraf eigenaar onbereikbaar. Op advies van VBRO op aankomstdag naar het huis gaan. Adres klopt niet, ook niet gevonden.Na contact met VBRO huis geannuleerd. We konden zelf iets zoeken. Wij durven geen gelijksoortige huis te boeken. Uiteindelijk in hotel terechtgekomen, maar die was wel veel duurder dan wat we vergoed kregen. Met een groep van 7 personenwagens nacht reizen wil je geen risico weer meer nemen"
