Not clean, not ready.

City Villa is actually a two story condo in a small development. The owner or a manager met us at check-in after some back and forth over SMS. There are good beds in each of the bedrooms and enough furniture to sit on in the living room, and a small private pool in the garden. Two parking spaces in front, within the walled area of the development. This place is not ready for hosting people, however. It was dirty- surfaces hadn't been cleaned, the floor was dirty and there was dirt and trash in lots of places. A single half-depleted roll of toilet paper was all that was available in the 4 bathrooms. We asked for extra and management (off site) delivered...paper towels. The kitchen had very little in it- enough dishes for one or two people. The description included a washing machine, which was broken. Management promised a replacement, which never materialized. If it was clean and complete, this would be a good spot for large families of groups to be near the airport or Seeb/City Centre Mall, but as it is, we were glad to be there only one night.
