"My family and I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat and it was a great experience! It was our first family trip after having our baby and the staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is very charming and welcoming. You can tell that it is a bit older but not in a negative way. All facilities were clean and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family! "

"The hotel is kind of next to the airport:) I was really worried when we arrived early morning with loud music welcoming us, but our room was quiet. Sonia at the restaurant was lovely, we enjoyed her sense of humour and she really looked out for us, as we tend to hang out by the pool and she arranges our drinks and food beautifully. The hotel is a bit far far from the city but everyone were friendly and helpful. "

"I've been visiting this resort for many years since it was known as Millennium Mussanah Resort. The Hotel needs to be refurbished, the furniture is out of date and needs to be changed, Ceiling works to be done, AC to be changed/serviced... "

"Worst hotel ive been in Oman. Toilet doesnt flush. No water in the faucet. Room is old. The reception area is dim and not all lights are opened. When we checked the pool it looks dirty and not appealing as others come there for swimming lessons. The whole hotel looks really old and definitely needs to be renovated all of it. Never coming back there ever again. We paid for 2nights but since it is realy bad we stayed for 1night and left. Terrible terrible terrible!"
